Terms of Service

By creating an account on LifeQuest AI you accept these terms and the Fair-Play Charter. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. The service is provided at https://questlifegrind.com.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for your credentials and for the content you publish. One person, one account.

• The VIP plan costs 14.99 € per month, charged automatically each month until you cancel. Promotional or annual prices, when offered, are displayed before payment and apply for the stated period only.
• VIP unlocks cosmetic and comfort features (focus mode, extra AI quests, lounge access, badges, immunity to in-game punishments). It never grants money, gambling or any real-world payout.
• You can cancel at any time; VIP stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed afterwards. Partial months are not refunded except where the law requires it.
• On iOS and Android, the subscription is purchased and managed through the store's in-app purchase system, and cancellations and refunds follow the store's own rules. On the web, it is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.
• Virtual currency, gems and cosmetic items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable outside the app.

• All characters, coaches, archetypes, bosses, titles and items in LifeQuest AI are fictional caricatures created for parody and satire. Any resemblance to a real person is unintended.
• We do not use real names, real likenesses, real trademarks or real logos. Avatars are stylised, generated illustrations, not photographs of identifiable people.
• You may not upload or publish someone else's photo, name, logo or copyrighted material, nor impersonate a real person or brand.
• If you believe a character or asset infringes your rights or your image, write to support@questlifegrind.com and we will review and remove it where warranted.

Public spaces (guild tavern, community hub, VIP lounge) forbid harassment, hate speech, sexual content, spam, doxxing, contact-sharing for money, and any request for payment between players. Every message and profile can be reported and every user can be blocked. Automated filters plus human review apply, and we may mute, hide content, or terminate an account that breaks these rules.

Pledges between players are strictly symbolic and textual (a challenge, a book, a video, a badge). Money, cryptocurrency, gambling, betting and any real-world stake are forbidden and blocked by the app.

We work to keep LifeQuest AI available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features, quests and game balance may change to keep the game fair. Material changes to these terms are announced in the app.

You can delete your account at any moment from Settings, which erases your data. We may suspend an account that violates these terms, breaks the law, or attempts to abuse the payment or reward systems.

LifeQuest AI is a motivation tool, not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last twelve months.
