Privacy Policy

LifeQuest AI is a gamified productivity app available on the web and as an installable app. The service is operated at https://questlifegrind.com. For any privacy question, write to support@questlifegrind.com.

• Account data — your email address and an encrypted password, handled by our authentication provider. We never see your password in clear text.
• Game data — character, archetype, level, XP, health, streak, quests, guild membership, season progress and the cosmetic items you own.
• Content you publish — quest titles, community posts, comments, guild messages and optional VIP lounge profile fields (nickname, bio, city, interests).
• Preferences — language, sound, motion, notification and reminder settings.
• Optional wallet address — only if you choose to link one to claim a decorative collectible.

We do not collect your contacts, your precise location, your photos or your health records.

Only to run the service: create and secure your account, save your progress across your devices, generate your daily quests, display leaderboards and guild activity, send the reminders you enabled, moderate public content, and process a VIP subscription when you buy one.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not share your data with data brokers. Aggregated, anonymous counters (such as the number of quests completed worldwide) contain no personal information.

Authentication, database and storage are hosted by our cloud backend provider (Supabase). Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout, which receives only what is needed to process the transaction. AI quest suggestions and moderation checks are performed by a model provider that receives the quest text only and does not use it to train models. Each provider acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

Your data lives as long as your account does. Deleting your account erases your profile, quests, messages, guild memberships and claims immediately and permanently. Backups rotate out within 30 days.

You can access, correct, export and erase your data. Account deletion is available at any time in Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account, with no email required. You can also withdraw notification consent from Settings, or contact support@questlifegrind.com and we answer within 30 days.

LifeQuest AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly create accounts for them; if one is reported to us, we delete it.

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Database access is restricted per user by row-level security rules, so one player can never read another player's private data. Public content passes automated moderation and can be reported or blocked by any user.

If this policy changes materially, we update the date above and show a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
